A theme gives focus to what we talk about. So far, this is what we've come up with:

Instead of focusing on Web 2.0 tools, we want to focus on how new Web2.0 tools give us new ways to serve our customers. We want to look at how the new attitudes which come with new web tools change our traditional services. This is very loosely called Library 2.0.

New definitions of content, new definitions of library collections and new ways that we can get out of our building to serve our customers where they are, are all considerations.

A useful starting point for thinking about this is a couple of posts by Ryan Deschamps of The Other Librarian Blog:

Ryan:Maybe "behaviors" instead of "attitudes"? That keeps in line a bit more with an action-focus. As in what actions can we perform to behave more like we live in a library 2.0 world. Of course, attitude is a part of this.
