We didn't discuss or still need to decide:
- Do we want to ask an interesting speaker to warm the crowd up? Is this anti-unconference?
- Who will supply which stationery when?
- Do we want a participants' wiki for registation and to indicate topics they are interested in?
- How do we publicize where to whom?
- What can we learn for the Melbourne unconference?

I've seen "presenters" used as an opening to an open space/unconference event. It seems to me as long as its about information sharing and learning, then a presentation is fine, but it should be short, sweet and it should not direct the action of the meeting.
